Help 23* deg. Sbc nos tune up

I have a big shot plate with a super big shot solenoid. Looking to spray 200. It has a set of track 1s and is 10.1 comp. What jets, fuel psi, and timing? I am going to 41 on Sunday so its gunna be cool out. I am looking for s safe tune up. THANKS!!!!

100hp 50N 50f 9psi 50 flow jet 3deg retard.
125hp 56N 56F 10PSI 56 flow jet 3.75 retard.
150HP 65N 65F 10PSI 65 flow jet 4.5 retard.
175HP 73N 73F 10PSI 73 flow jet 5.25 retard.
200HP 78N 78F 10PSI 78 flow jet 6.00 retard.
225HP 82N 82F 10PSI 82 flow jet 6.75 retard.

Thanks DUSTED and that will work for a big shot right?
When I used too run Nos I would keep the bottle at 1100psi purge it then make the hit. Anyone agree with that?
